Triscan’s German subsidiary – Triscan GmbH – was awarded "Employer of the Future" among more than 2,500 nominated medium-sized companies at a networking event in Hamburg. A total of 100 companies received the award, which was presented by DIND – the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation.
At the award ceremony in Hamburg on 14 March 2023, we were represented by our colleagues Sarah Ulbrich and André Leschinski, who received the award with some pride.
The initiative aims to help companies attract and retain talent despite skills shortages and is supported by former Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Brigitte Zypries. The award honours innovative companies with a clear digitalisation strategy that pursue sustainability goals and offer attractive working conditions.
The focus is on modern management and employee care. For example, flat hierarchies, flexible remuneration models or benefits, as well as individual training and retraining opportunities in a holistic picture, created on the basis of an evaluation matrix that was developed with the help of experts from industry and science.
The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (Deutsches Innovationsinstitut für Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung) is a private institute with recognised partners from business, science and politics.
